"We all see life through our own lens."

For 22 years, Journal Star photojournalist Linda Henson
documented the people and places of central Illinois. 
Linda lost her battle against breast cancer in October 2000,
but her images showing life, loss, love and victory live on. 
She is still remembered throughout central Illinois not only
for her photographs, but for her spirit and her spunk.

The Journal Star photo staff has compiled a multimedia program
using Linda’s photographs and her own words, taken from her radio appearances on WCBU’s program "Heart of the Matter."
The images here are part of the presentation that is available
for community groups to share in.
